ONATOUR collects personally identifiable information about you (and that of your travel companions) that is provided to us either directly by you, your employer, or your travel sponsor, as applicable, in order to provide you with the products and services requested. It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us. Although, if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user/client or provide you with any products or services. ONATOUR may collect various types of information via our website or other means, such as: 

1. Information voluntarily provided by our clients which may include their complete legal name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, billing, debit and credit card information, including card number, expiration date and security code, bank account numbers, which may be used when you purchase products and services and to deliver the products and services you have requested; and 
2. We may also collect your employer or sponsor’s name and contact information, your passport number, driver’s license or other government-issued identification numbers, arrival and departure locations and times, airline, hotel or car rental frequent loyalty numbers, seat preferences, unique travel requirements, known traveler and global entry numbers and other related travel information; personal characteristics including; photographic images, demographic data such as your gender, nationality, date of birth, medical information such as; wether you have insurance, dietary restrictions or allergies and information about your use of our products and services; and 
3. Information automatically collected when visiting our Website, which may include cookies, third party tracking technologies and server logs; and  
4. Information about the type of browser you are using, IP address, or type of operating system, which will assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality service.

ONATOUR collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the products and services you have requested, including, without limitation:

ONATOUR does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any of its client lists or other personal information to any third parties. As a travel company, ONATOUR offers products and services and is contracted with third-party service providers and vendors which we may need to share your information with including, but not limited to; cruise lines, tour companies, insurance providers, hotel or travel accommodation services, airlines, transportation services, print/mail/digital service providers, client management services, hosting agencies, information technology support, trip support and education, for purposes of marketing, mailing and sending communications and documentation to you either digitally or otherwise, and social media and other virtual communities and networks where people create, share or exchange information, clubs, associations, member loyalty or rewards program providers and other industry relevant organizations, or any other organization or person where you have asked them to provide your personal information to us or asked us to obtain personal information from them. 

By utilizing our products and services you have expressly or impliedly consented to the use and disclosure of your personal information to these third parties for purposes of providing the products or services you have requested by contracting ONATOUR to provide your travel arrangements.  

ONATOUR may collect and may make use of personal information to assist us in the construction and operation of our Website and to ensure delivery of the products and services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information to keep you informed of other possible products and services that may be available to you from ONATOUR or through the Website or websites owned and operated by our third-party travel partners.  We will send your personal information internationally to collect personal information from other countries or territories when you or your authorized representative have requested we coordinate international travel on your behalf and it is necessary for us to preform our functions and services; when we have outsourced a business activity or function to an international service provider; for necessary communications pertinent to your travel arrangements.

Non-customers:

 You may not be a customer of ours but you may interact with us via our website, entering a competition, commenting via social media or other means. We will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy when you interact with us.

If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database.
