Yes, our fees are how we get paid, just like you would pay your mechanic for their labor.

Fees vary depending on group size, length of your getaway, domestic or international travel, single or multi-destination and services provided.

We can work within your budget and ensure you receive a solid value in return. 

We ask that there is one lead person to work with in order to coordinate the best plan for everyone.

In order to get group rates we need to pay vendors with one credit card. Your lead will secure payment from the rest of the group. 

 We will need contact information for all travelers to finalize your booking and get their signature for  travel documents. 

Airfare and travel insurance must be paid upfront. 

The deposit and rates for resorts, tours, etc. is set by the specific vendor selected to book your trip. 

We will provide you with that information and their payment schedule once we finalize trip details. 

Note: Most resorts ask that the balance is paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.
